Iris - Walking
Common Name: Iris- Walking
Scientific Name: Neomarica Gracillis
Exposure: Part Shade-Shade
Size: 18" - 24"
Bloom Color: White with Purple and Brown
Time: Summer

Notes: A very interesting plant for shade. The flowers weigh down the stalk until it touches the ground where it roots and forms a new plant. They can form quite large colonies. Given shade, most well- drained soil, and occasional fertilizer it will be very happy. It blooms in spring and is not normally evergreen.
